Legal & Operational Disclaimers

Availability & Scheduling:

All bookings are subject to availability. Reservations must be confirmed with a deposit to secure the date.

Booking requires a minimum lead time of 2 weeks prior to the event date to ensure adequate preparation.

Pricing & Deposits:

All prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the event and additional add-ons.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 1 week prior to the event.

Additional fees may apply for travel outside a 15-mile radius of Chazy, NY.

Delivery & Setup:

Delivery is available within a 15-mile radius of Chazy, NY for a flat fee. Additional charges apply for extended travel.

Setup and takedown services must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability. A fee may apply based on the event size and complexity.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event for a partial refund (minus hours already spent on the event). No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

In the case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date may be rescheduled depending on availability. Cancellations due to weather may incur a rescheduling fee of $100 or 25% of the total event cost, whichever is higher.

Liability:

Blue Barn Event Planning LLC is not liable for any damages to property or injury to persons caused during events.

Clients are responsible for any damage to rented equipment, décor, or props during the event and will be charged the full replacement cost.

Event Modifications:

Any modifications to the event or décor must be communicated at least 5 days in advance.

Changes to event scope or number of guests may result in additional charges.

Photography & Social Media:

By booking with Blue Barn Event Planning, clients agree to the use of event photos and videos for marketing purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and promotional materials.

Clients may request exclusion of certain photos or personal content from public materials with advance notice.
